URF RADIO originally began as a radio station sharing music from all over the world and their interwoven relationships and heritages, URF (a way i would write 'earth' in my notebooks sometimes) RADIO became a place to share 

Urf Tonics began simply — by making herbal remedies for myself, my friends, and my family. Over time, more and more people started asking if I could make something for them too. But for a long while, I held back. Out of respect for the plants and a deep sense of responsibility, I didn’t feel ready.

 

But the plants kept calling and when it was time to answer,  I chose to dedicate myself fully to this path, guided by the wisdom of the earth and the universal thread that connects us all, no matter our age, background, or culture.

 

I spent time listening: asking people what they struggle with most, learning their stories, and paying attention to the patterns. I dove into studying, formulating, and refining herbal blends designed to support both immediate and long-term health.

 

Urf Tonics is built on this foundation — creating broad-spectrum herbal tonics that nurture vitality and resilience.

 

We’re starting with what touches everyone: the Digestive System and the Nervous System — because how we process life, both physically and emotionally, shapes everything else.
